We normally dispatch within 1 - 2 working days from order using Royal Mail First Class Signed
or ParcelForce48 depending on size/weight of item.
Please note that deliveries will take up to 4 days from ordering with ParcelForce48 or 3 days with
First Class Post. If the order was placed after 12:00PM then an extra day needs to be allowed.
If the collect from store option is selected, please allow 24 hours so that your order will be ready for you to pick up
All items are warranted for one year from supply
In the event of fault developing over this period, please contact sales@eccleston.com
for an RMA explaining the fault. Once an RMA number has been issued, return the item, preferably
in the original packing. If after inspection the item is found to be faulty, a new item will be sent out
and reasonable postal costs will be refunded.
If for any reason you wish to return an item within 7 days of receipt, please email
sales@eccleston.com first for an RMA number. Once in receipt of the RMA number,
please return the item in the original packing by suitable carrier.
